A complete reimagining of a 1950s property in the sought-after village of Church Brampton, this bespoke family home was designed and delivered around the way our clients wanted to live.
The Project
The original house occupied an ideal plot but no longer suited the needs of a modern family. Working closely with the owners, Aspects Lifespaces designed and built a new home over the existing structure. Once the new building was weatherproofed, the original house was carefully demolished, allowing the family to remain living on site throughout the project.
The Result
The result is a striking 6,000 sq ft five-bedroom home, combining thoughtful design, craftsmanship and modern living. Alongside the main house, the project includes a detached garage building with apartment and gym, as well as a swimming pool, entertaining space, bar and outdoor kitchen. Every detail was carefully considered to create a home that feels both refined and practical – designed for family life today and built to last.
